Current and frequent communication on the status of referrals is provided to ensure thorough execution and expert service. Referrals are in good hands with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services.

Each incoming referral customer is assigned a professional relocation consultant and an agent who will provide a comprehensive relocation packet and extensive pre-arrival counseling.

When appropriate, the relocation consultant will match the referral customer with one or more Realtors® who have a track record of excellence both in real estate practice and in meeting the needs of customers.

Departure referrals are also assigned a relocation consultant and an agent, selected for their home marketing expertise, who will tend to the needs of  the individual or family. In each case, the consultant will continue as a single point of contact throughout the entire process, checking on progress and addressing any concerns of the referral customer.
