Personal Background
Life long resident of Pleasant Hills where my family of four calls home. I have been a volunteer firefighter for Pleasant Hills since 1975 where I served as the borough fire chief for 14 years and am now a life member. I have volunteered for several organizations in the past including Jefferson Hills EMS, Big Brother for BBBS of Pittsburgh, and I am currently a volunteer for Make-A-Wish of Greater Pittsburgh. wishgreaterpa.org Make-A-Wish also happens to be my Coldwell Banker office charity as well. Full color post cards and / or brochures properly representing the house, commercial building, or property with photos and descriptive text. These are then sent out by mail to prospective clients and delivered in person to appropriate business locations for distribution.

Commercial listings may appear in Pittsburgh Business Times and high-end residential homes may appear in Hospital News or localized magazines in the appropriate areas. This is in addition to standard classified ads for homes and open houses.

All listings are sent to high traffic websites that target prospective home and property buyers. Commercial listings will appear on CoStar, Loopnet, and Coldwell Banker Commercial websites. Residential listings appear on dozens of real estate sites including the new enhanced Realtor.com where my listings are branded so the prospective buyers can contact me directly from the site.
Visual Tours are included for appropriate listings giving enhanced views of the property including 360 degree and panoramic views.
Guided pictorial tours are included with voice over technology adding yet another dimension to your listing.
